Return Policy

JumpFast Technologies is committed to client satisfaction. This Return Policy outlines our approach to project revisions, refunds, and satisfaction guarantees for our digital services.

Due to the nature of custom software development and digital services, traditional returns do not apply. However, we offer comprehensive revision periods and satisfaction guarantees as outlined in individual project agreements.

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, we commit to working with you to address concerns and make necessary revisions within the agreed-upon scope of work.

Revision Policy

All projects include a specified number of revision rounds as detailed in the project proposal. We incorporate client feedback at key milestones to ensure the final product meets expectations.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees. We clearly communicate any scope changes and associated costs before proceeding with additional work.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, particularly in situations where we are unable to deliver agreed-upon services due to circumstances on our end. Any refund requests must be submitted in writing with detailed explanation.

Deposit payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Milestone payments are subject to the completion status of work. We prioritize resolving issues through revisions and additional support before considering refunds.

Warranty & Support

We provide warranty coverage for bugs and errors in our code for a specified period after project completion (typically 30-90 days, as outlined in your agreement). This warranty covers issues arising from our work, not changes or additions made after delivery.

Extended support and maintenance packages are available for clients who require ongoing assistance, updates, or feature enhancements beyond the warranty period.
