By accessing and engaging with JumpFast Technologies' services, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services, communications, and interactions between you and JumpFast Technologies.
Under no circumstances shall JumpFast Technologies be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use of our services, even if JumpFast Technologies or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
JumpFast Technologies reserves the rights to change pricing, revise service policies, and modify terms at any time. We will notify clients of any significant changes that may affect ongoing projects or agreements.
Service Agreement
When you engage our services, you enter into a binding agreement to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary resources for project completion. Both parties commit to professional conduct and clear communication throughout the engagement.
Payment terms will be outlined in individual project proposals. Generally, projects require an initial deposit, milestone payments during development, and final payment upon completion. Specific terms may vary based on project scope and complexity.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive complete ownership of all custom code, designs, and project deliverables created specifically for their project. JumpFast Technologies retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Any third-party tools, libraries, or frameworks used in your project remain subject to their respective licenses. We ensure all components used in your project are properly licensed and legally compliant.
