As a digital services provider, JumpFast Technologies delivers all products and services electronically. This Shipping Policy outlines how we deliver project assets, source code, and documentation to our clients.

Upon project completion and final payment, all deliverables are transmitted digitally via secure channels. This includes source code repositories, design files, documentation, server access credentials, and any other project-related assets.

Physical hardware products, if any are part of a project agreement, will be shipped according to terms specified in the individual project contract.

Digital Delivery

All digital deliverables are provided through secure file transfer services, GitHub repositories, or other agreed-upon platforms. Clients receive immediate access upon final approval and payment.

We provide comprehensive documentation, deployment guides, and necessary credentials to ensure smooth handover. Technical support during the transition period is included as outlined in your project agreement.

Delivery Timeline

Project timelines are established during the initial consultation and outlined in the project proposal. We strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines and provide regular progress updates throughout development.

In cases of unforeseen delays, we communicate proactively and work with clients to adjust timelines as needed. Client responsiveness for feedback and approvals significantly impacts delivery schedules.
